APPROACH
Jae's doula approach is to support transitions from a place of deep listening and attention, and to bring a calming presence to unfolding situations no matter what the setting or methods. Her experience is that a steady, attentive, and informed companion makes a difference, and she finds joy in this role. She is also experienced in many forms of comforting touch, movement, positioning, and holding. She welcomes all bodies and backgrounds, and aims to make each experience something that is engaged with care, consent, and consciousness - not just something that happens.
